Many insurance plans allow you to schedule directly with an orthopaedic specialist. Some managed care plans require a referral from your primary care physician. We recommend confirming with your plan before your visit, and our staff can help you check.

Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, any relevant imaging on disc, and completed new patient forms. If your visit relates to a work injury or accident, bring the claim information as well.

Yes. All of our orthopaedic offices have on-site digital X-ray, so imaging is usually completed and reviewed during the same visit.

Most orthopaedic conditions are treated without surgery. Our physicians pursue therapy, bracing, medication and injections whenever those options are reasonable, and recommend surgery only when it offers a meaningful benefit.

We reserve appointments for acute injuries and offer extended hours. Call our office and describe the injury and our staff will find the earliest appropriate appointment.

Yes. We provide physical therapy at our Hanover and Kent Island locations, which keeps your physician and therapist working from the same plan.

Please allow approximately one week. Forms are not completed while you wait, and there is a charge for completion of most forms.

Call your office location during business hours and provide your pharmacy information. Refill requests are processed during normal business hours and are not handled after hours or on weekends.
